Despite our confidence that you will love your purchase, we understand that accidents do occasionally occur. We want to make the process for you as simple as we can! Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions. 

 

Damaged or faulty products 

 

We take great pleasure in the quality of our goods, therefore if you receive one from us that is flawed or damaged, we will replace it immediately, without charge. 

 

If an item is delivered with obvious and serious damage to the packaging or the item itself, please take a photo of the damage, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.

Changes and order cancellations 

 

Unfortunately, after your purchase has been made to any of the products on this site, we are unable to cancel it or make adjustments. This is because we manufacture to order. When you order a print, t-shirt, hoodie, phone-cover, cap, beanie it is send directly to our printing partner who in turn charges us immediately.

Change of Heart 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund or exchange for change of mind or erroneous size selection because we print everything to order. 

 

Prints

Take your time while choosing the ideal print for your room, or if you want a second opinion, feel free to ask us for some guidance. Please be careful when measuring as well. Here's a little trick, cut a piece of paper to the precise size of the print you're contemplating and blue-tack it to the wall to get a very accurate idea of how the print will appear.

All clothing and accessories

For all clothing items, please select your size carefully by referring to the size chart in the main menu of the site and for phone covers please make sure to select the correct phone model. Our clothing products and phone covers are made and printed especially for you as soon as you place an order.

Once purchased, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for another size.
